Just testing this blog. Everyone I have asked this question to says yes. There is no doubt that it can be done as the principles of branding and marketing a city/town are well known and there are countless examples. Local and otherwise. The key will be inspiring a sufficiently large population of business and public leaders to want to make it happen and then put the resources behind a coordinated plan. As always it will, come down to desire, collective agreement and money!
